ASPDM - Package/Stdlib Distribution & Management

As you may not have known, there has been discussion about a Package/stdlib management system for a while now...
There have been many attempts to create such a system before this one. The projects were abandoned, probably due to the lack of support from the community. That is why I am posting this. I am making a call for everyone in the community. If you can help in anyway, no matter big or small, it would mean greatly.

If Possible, a list of potential candidates or simply packages would be nice.
If you have any questions, comments, or simply don't want to use github or trello, you may post here, and I will answer ASAP. If there are permission issues, post them here, I will fix them.
