Attachments not possible Topic is solved

Currently, it seems that adding attachments is not working - apparently also for other users.

When I tried to attach pictures that I have attached successfully before, for testing, I got the message "The image file you tried to attach is invalid.".
When I tried to attach an ahk file, the error message said: "Temporary folder could not be found or is not writable."

Maybe Lexikos just grew bored of all these AHKv2 icons suggestions.

Doesn't look like it (yet), if the new quota was 1024MB.

As, gregster mentioned...
Since I've increased it, we have not hit the attachment quota yet. It seems the path has been made "not writable". This is possibly due to some server changes.

Hi @joedf

I'm unable to paste images using Ctrl+v.
No errors loading using file dialog but the attachment disappears when I preview my post after attaching a file.
Please look into it.

Same here with the attachment. The flag at the right of the attachment dialog shows a yellow warning, rather than the expected green tick. Thanks.

Thanks, guys, tank is already aware.

Of course, meanwhile you can still add pictures to posts via imgur and such. Just make sure that you have a direct link ending on .jpg or .png.
Our img-tags won't work with links to html pages acting as a container.
Often, right-clicking the picture and selecting 'open picture in separate tab', or alike, can get you the needed link.
