Why can't I mark someone's answer as solved? Topic is solved

Why can't I mark someone's answer as solved any longer for what I have posted? Something wrong with the post?

Afaik, you still can, eg in 'Ask for Help'.
But in some subforums, like "Bug Reports" this is (and was) reserved for staff members - in this case: lexikos - so that he can keep track of the topics which still need his attention.
Which subforum are we talking about?
