I don't know if this is even possible, but has anyone tried to get many of the email addresses from the old forum so that we could send out a simple broadcast email stating the new auto-hotkey.com site and that interested users should go here and register?
Or perhaps there is a better way to let everyone know? I only found this because I took the time to read the ugly thread on the old site. We can't depend on that as a way to get the word out.
Eventually, google will show the new site for prevalently, but that will take time.

Firstly, who want to create the message to send, it is not my language. I work to a solution, maybe that will fail or take too long time.

Yes and no, that just take time (forum are slow with protection), there are 26620 users and that will take 8 days if we send each 10 sec (not multithreaded script)... but to pm is half useless that will not automaticaly resend a mail (that is an option), and pm will stay unread...
And at this moment Poly make the website unstable, I prefer to wait, or will be too much error in log...
