[Wish] named spoiler tags [Done!]

As I've seen on other forums, it seems to be possible to provide an individual name/title for a spoiler being displayed instead of "Spoiler", like

... but I'd suggest some minor changes:

• the spoiler's background color should be the same as the post's.
• the title should be case-sensitive and use the default body font in bold and a size of 110 or 120 %
• I'd prefer the common spoiler's 'Show/Hide' button on the right of the title.

just noticed an issue. The tag seems to increase the font size of the first line of the spoiler's content (see here).
