I deleted it since I think that it is weird that you are using tidbit's avatar as yours in addition to the similar names.
So I deleted it since it could cause confusion.

Wow I dit get confused I thought there some from tidbit but then finally I saw its kidbit lol..
@kidbit Well he could technically put a license on there if you want.. Because, he actually drew that owl avatar himself.. It's not from a cartoon. So yes I believe he owns this avatar.

I'll stop using that avatar as soon as someone provides a legal court decision forbidding me to use that particular image. No one gives a shield who drew what.

I won't stop you using it, it's Just that... It gets sorta confusing.. It is really just a matter of respect. Either way, do what you, just ask tidbit first. Law is just basically a way to force people to have some respect. Sorry about this inconvenience..

@kidbit If I were tidbit and you asked for permission to use whatever stuffs that I created myself, I would certainly grant you the permission to use said stuffs. But for this situation, you used "kidbit" as your nickname which is almost similar to "tidbit" and you wanted to use the same avatar as tidbit which he drew it himself a LONG LONG time ago.

You are now saying that you would NOT use tidbit's owl avatar as your avatar unless you get a legal court decision, which is overexaggerating on such a small matter. Why not just talk this through? If you still want to use a owl as your avatar, why not draw it yourself?

Why not you go to the old forum which is way "better" than this newer and awesome forum where the super admin there doesn't give a sheet about you.
