First of all, the enhanced security is the result of one or more prolific bad actors. As a site admin i must carefully weigh the benefit vs cost of security vs usability. For years i have been successful with code based filters, carefully designated php permissions, server scans. The attacks have lately gotten so aggressive that i cannot any longer keep up with them this way. To this end i have enabled some might say nuclear level firewall policies. In the process some legitimate traffic has been errantly filtered or blocked. For this i apologize.

If you feel you are being blocked from legitimate use of this forum please PM me your IP and a pastebin link of the content you had blocked. It is my goal to allow legitimate traffic. We will get there but with all change there can be a period of pain. Over the course of the next week I will be further enhancing the security of this site. but the truly major impacts should be over
