I'm getting no confirmation email after registering, and no replies to 'contact us'. So in desperation I am latching onto this thread in the hope of establishing communication.
When I tried to post this, I was told my username was already in use - was told to use another - so altered it and tried again.

I did try to register with the username Sebastian42.
This is being done in Firefox v50 - I will try in an up-to-date Chrome.

Reply II - I pointed out in my original post that after registering I got NO confirmation email - THAT is why there is no progress. I do not know why I can post HERE, but I want to start a new thread on an issue with Hangouts, and want to do that as a registered user - I can not until this registration blockage gets resolved.

I did try in Chrome and got this error message : "The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator." There is no easy link to a Board Administrator, but what I did try, required me to enter credentials - so I am in this VICIOUS circle of inability.

Hi, i'm not getting the activation email after registering, I use gmail. I have waited 2 days and tried with a different gmail addres, but no luck. Any chance I can get help this way? I registered the first account with Username Gregoo.
