Combination of spoiler 3 and spoiler 2 as spoiler 3

Feature:

let spoiler 3 as it is but by clicking on spoiler 3 let it visible.

Ok I've modified spoiler3 to do this, except reclicking wont hide it again.

For me Spoiler 1 and 2 seems to work.
Spoiler 3 isn't working.

probably a good idea to write a default title inside the default template
