Page Title Update with Notification Count

I usually leave my email and AutoHotkey tabs open while I'm working. It's nice with most online email clients, it changes the page/tab title based on how many emails you have. It would be really cool if AHK did the same thing. Of course, I know we'll have to wait for anything until the merge is taken care of, but I thought I would throw this in there and get it on the radar.

Unlike the old custom system, the new system doesn't update automatically - you have to refresh the page. If that's changed, you'll need to load the new notifications and update the red notification counter as well.
