Not sure, how long this is going on again, but currently I can't access https://www.autohotkey.com/download/1.1/ - at all, it seems, blocked by Google Safe Browsing (tested in Chrome and Firefox).
Edit:
Ok, I see, there is a banner and the explanation page https://www.autohotkey.com/download/safe.htm - and I know it has been discussed before. But hasn't been there a possibility in the past, to access the page nevertheless? By agreeing to enter on your own risk or something alike ? Or am I remembering it wrong?
Google Safe Browsing completely blocks https://www.autohotkey.com/download/1.1/

Hmmm, in Edge I can access it immediately without problems.
But I was wrong, in the 'details' there is still a link to circumvent the warning (in Chrome and Firefox).
And now the warning is gone - the browser seems to remember my choice, at least for some time. Interesting.
Probably something recently reset my former choice and I had to confirm again that I want to enter that page. Well, not good, but at least the page is still accessible.
I was just surprised to see the warning again after a long time I didn't see it. I probably falsely assumed that it was not there anymore... sorry for the confusion!
Edit: Firefox and Chrome are back with the warning after a re-start, Edge is still happy. So perhaps something has changed recently... Probably only Google knows

Re: Google Safe Browsing completely blocks https://www.autohotkey.com/download/1.1/
The warning given by Firefox and Chrome might be regional and/or dependent on the version of the browser. I had the issue previously with Firefox, but when updated, it went away. Also, when I compared browser versions with others, even if the same version, some claimed not to get the warning. Quite strange. People have to persistently stay on Google to stop the shenanigans. Microsoft appears to do a better job in this regard, never had an issue with IE or Edge.

I've sent in another google review request, because we keep getting warnings from their web tools:
As we've said so many times in the past. We keep getting flagged for false positives.

Re: Google Safe Browsing completely blocks https://www.autohotkey.com/download/1.1/
Google, Firefox, and 1 company on VirusTotal are giving the warning for www.autohotkey.com/download/1.1/
The warning depends on the url that is used. If autohotkey.com/download/1.1/, there is no warning.
If using www, as in www.autohotkey.com/download/1.1/, then there are warnings.
You can check for the different conflicting warnings here- https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search and on VirusTotal.
