Board Styles Broken?

It appears that the ProSilver Board Style (Theme) is not working properly. Maybe other Board Styles have issues too. Simplicity (default), appears to be working.

The problem seems to come and go - for some people, not generally. See eg https://www.autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=83505
But the reason remains unclear. prosilver works for me atm, like all other styles.
