Tested with Outlook 2016.
With this script running (throw it in your startup folder), right-click the link in outlook and click "copy-this-link".
Then press the hotkey, ctrl-o This will download copied link and run as a parameter for the executable programmed below.

^o::
$path_to_app = notepad.exe ; full or short path to app.
$url = %Clipboard% ; contents of clipboard
$temp_file = %A_Temp%\%A_Now%.temp ; temp file in temp directory
UrlDownloadToFile, %$url%, %$temp_file% ; downloads the file
Run, %$path_to_app% "%$temp_file%" ; opens the temp file in notepad.
Re: [Outlook] Open link with...
I dont want to right-click or download something.
Before:
Click a hyperlink in a mail in outlook -> opens the link in users default browser. The problem here are Skimming-Pages (like eBay / PayPal / Amazon /...)
What I want:
Click a hyperlink in a mail in outlook -> opens a editor and input the link (but dont open any browser)
If it is not possible than stop open anything with click on a hyperlink.
