Quick and dirty BBCode previewer

Gives instant preview when editing posts with a lot of code tags, quotes, formatting, etc. in the form of a floating window. Simply copy the bbcode and then press and hold
^d (I picked "d" for "d"isplay).

@ tank: How about BB Code Writer by AGU AKA AGermanUser? Can be found in the SmartGui+ package (\Lib\Web subfolder) if it's still available somewhere (it's in the collection I sent to JoeDF but he didn't publish it yet). And it's GPL2.
Admittedly it's a bit complicated and needs a few tweaks but could work as a full editor.
