What is going on with SciTE4Autohotkey?

Hi everyone. Today i decided it's time to install an IDE for AHK and downloaded SciTE4Autohotkey.
Unfortunately the editor is completely broken and i can't do anything with it (see the video)

just install vscode man(even though its discontinued on win7)
