Failed to install 5.4.1 -- keep saying "Missing Language Files"

I installed the 5.4.1 in the following steps:
1) Downloaded the installer from GitHub
2) Opened the installer and selected "English"
3) Open Macro Creator after installation
4) It shows the below screen

5) Clicked on "Yes".
6) The installer showed "Downloading" and then installed/copied something
7) The same "Missing Language File" screen popped up again.

So, it looped from Steps 4-7.

How can I resolve this problem?

The installer must have permission to write to the %AppData% folder. This is the link for the lang files: https://macrocreator.com/lang/Lang.zip. Make sure the files are in the %AppData%\MacroCreator\Lang folder.

Thanks for your reply. Please see the attached screen capture. It shows there are files in the Lang folder, but I still have the error message. Besides, the installer has admin rights.

Maybe you've selected portable option during installation. In this case the Lang folder must be in the exe file location, or you can delete Macro Creator.ini file to make it read from AppData.
