Drag and drop image to current mouse pointer position

I am new to PMC, so please forgive me for this basic question.
How do I achieve this?
I would like PMC to wait for this image to be found, then drag and drop it to the current mouse position.
It is for a for google earth, as I am creating thousands of placemarkers and having this would save me a ton of time.
