Macro creator v5.4.1 recording issues

I am using Pulover's macro creator v5.4.1 and I it will not record what I want it to do. One thing it will do is when I have it make the first single click on an icon to open it up, it will not open it. Mouse will go to the icon but doesn't click it to open it.

Change the default settings to the images below. I had trouble at first trying to record with pmc as well. The default settings are not good for recording.

Also use the controls bar to start and stop recordings. Ctlr + B.
