Macro to log out Social Media accounts (FaceBook, YouTube)

21 Jul 2019, 13:45

Hi. I am looking for the most efficient ways to create a macro that logs people out of social media accounts.

I have tried to record mouse movements for a basic operation of doing so, though it doesn’t seem to work if the window is not maximized. My goal is to basically erase all browsing history from generally any Browser (FireFox, Chrome, Edge), and it will work 100% of the time, regardless of whether it is maximised or not.

Social media accounts? Hmm...

Maybe you can inspect the source from Super Logout to get an idea. They use HTML and JavaScript to achieve this.

you could always do this to log out of everything

run RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 2
