Find a word on screen and click on it.

Hi, I have to work from home now and have to use a citrix receiver connection to get my desktop at work.
Now I need to find a word on screen and click on it to display further information.
I tried to find it as a picture on screen, when found it shall click on it. But it doesn´t work
Any ideas?
