Where is the Caret setting? Topic is solved

Hello, this IDE looks really nice, but I can't find the (for me) most important setting.

In the notes for Version 2.5.9 it says:
• Options menu > Caret Settings dialog: width/style and blinking rate.

But this dialog does not exist
Where/How can I disable caret blinking?
I cannot use any Editor/IDE with a blinking caret...
