That never happened to me. Where did you get the dll from? Did you download it from those weird "download missing dlls" sites?
Also when this happens, can you calculate the hash of both (the one you use as original and the copy you distributed)?
If they are not different then there is a bug in ahk_h
1st computer = a computer that is running the script correctly (vc_redist installed)
2nd computer = a computer that is NOT running the script at all (vc_redist not installed or Installation is corrupted: "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" missing)

i copied the file from 1st computer to 2nd computer,
with same OS version (win7 enterprise) and same platform (32bit).

but i guess because vc_redist is missing in 2nd computer,
It's not enough to just copy-paste the missing file,
you may get an other error msg about the same dll file, but its something with the entrie vc_redist component.

is not a bug in ahk_h.

edit: I came to the conclusion that 1.1.28.00 is the best and most stable ahk_h version!

well, i'd rather use the MT version in my organisation cause many computers dont have vc_redist or have problem with it,
and therefore its causes scripts (complex programs) not to work at all.

but im afraid it will cause memory leaks and crashing...

dilemma...
I agree with Tomer, the MT version is preferable in many cases.
