How to detect whether I am in edit mode?

Is there a command that can tell me whether I am in edit mode?
For example, rename files or editing word.
I have used this command: #if ( A_Cursor = "IBeam" or A_CaretX >= 100 )
But when I am renaming files in file explorer, cursor won't always be IBeam. So it failed.
