help transparent background of picture in front of another

I have a script with a background picture that uses the option "+0x4000000". On top of this I have an Image with transparent background. Every time I use GuiControl on this Picture in front of the background I can see the GUI color background for a short moment on the transparent parts of the picture. The same happens with text that uses "backgroundtrans".
