Taskbar icon click to keep that window on top?

Microsoft(Win7) or such has changed things in the last few months or more. My window still stays on top but the focus of the keyboard entry/mouse is stolen by windows behind the one on top. Is there some update to fix this?

The Autohotkey script I'm using still works just for keeping a window on top. Slowly another annoying problem has increased in frequency where the window on top loses focus to another window. Microsoft or developers must be making changes to steal the focus.

I can't find a Autohotkey command to keep focus AND keep the window on top. Any suggestions?
