Set Volume for Specific App (Skype)

Is there a way to set a volume level for a specific application?

I'm having a problem with Skype. Whenever I try to make a call, or accept an incoming call, Skype automatically reduces the volume of the Skype application in my volume mixer to almost 1-2%. I spent almost 2 hours on tech-support with Skype to try to fix this, but they couldn't find a solution. So I am hoping I can create a script with AutoHotkey that will allow me to use a hotkey to set the Skype volume to 100% of Master volume whenever this happens.

Perhaps you can use GeekDude's function (along with VA.ahk). But use VA_ISimpleAudioVolume_SetMasterVolume instead of VA_ISimpleAudioVolume_SetMute.
