Hi,
It seems i cannot update AutoHotkey from v1.1.23.
Every time i get the msg: Error - AutoHotkey U32.exe...Access denied.

What can i do to rectify this problem ?

Uninstall it first or make sure you don't have scripts running. You could also try restarting your computer.

I looked every where but AutoHotkey is not listed as a program on my laptop.
I tried using Revo Uninstaller and also 10 Bit Uninstaller Pro and could not find it to uninstall.
I remember seeing such a msg sometime that AutoHotkey installation folder could not be found - just can`t remember in which context it was.

What happens if you install it as administrator ? Alternatively you could try changing the installation path to C:\AHK\ or something.

After i`ve tried everything to uninstall or even re - install AutoHotkey, i got nowhere, so i decided to delete AutoHotkey`s folder.
BIG mistake !!
Had to do a restore operation.
Now i`ve decided to leave it just as is and not to update at all.
