Any ideas for GUI improvements

12 Mar 2018, 18:50

Hello All,

I currently have a GUI that allows end-users to select which ahks to run based on which checkboxes they selected.

If it helps, it is in a fast paced Technical Support environment.

Currently it allowed them to create their own abbreviations, email template, generate a numbered list, trigger a process, lock certain keys in a particular state and hyperscrolling.

Does anyone have any ideas of what else could be added to give the gui further enhancements?

It's okay the gui works fine. I was just looking for ideas to add to it.
More for improving the keyboard functionality like abbreviations and disable/enable keys

Well, that's why showing the code makes sense. No one (well, except me) would care about your guis layout - but for the rest under the hood. Without code we'll end up in small talk.

Hi Bobo

Sorry for the late response, something came up which I had to tend to.

Would it still be suitable to upload the gui for you to have a look at?

why not ask your end users instead? find out what annoys them and implement that
