Get Contents of Text Box from a Windows Program

Trying to copy contents of a field in a Windows program that is one of several fields of the class TSimpleGridCombo1 according to Window Spy, and Window Detective lists 3 name properties for the field: ControlOfs0040000000005650, Delphi00004674, and 0x0000A912 (Atom). How would I write a script that gets the content of that field and copies it to the clipboard?
