Autohotkey miss sometime with High keyboard Repeat Rate (Windows keyboard setting)

I having an issue with keyboard repeat rate (keyboard setting in control panel)

If it's high, and you just keep the key pressed, AHK misses some of them and they don't get captured and worse, active application receive them and start doing funny stuff

Example ^!s::Return

It fails if I keep 3 of them pressed for a long time.
