mouse moves to key strokes Topic is solved

how can i translate a mouse move to say an up arrow key stroke etc ?
the 2 scripts i found

do not seem to be working properly
the first is removed altogether and the second resets the mouse cursor constantly in to the center of screen position

also if possible to assign not only the up down left right movement to the arrow keys
but also the diagonal moves like North East, NW etc to a key combination like "Mouse NE"::{Up Down} {Right Down}
