No control name (pulover macro issue)

Hi,

The question is related to pulover macro , I have posted the same Qn in its thread but doing here as well.

Getting stuck at a point in creating this macro. Basically none of the options or control work on this dialog box which is to look for a file, attached is the screenshot as well. Any idea what could be causing this problem. Don't see any control name for some strange reason Thanks
