Code: Select all
NumpadUp::
send, numeric keypad up
return
Up::
send, main keyboard up
return
GoaI: I'd like to reassign the set of keys that duplicate the numeric keypad on my keyboard. For example, there is a Home key (AKA 7) on the numeric keypad on the far right of the keyboard. But there's a second Home key under the Scroll Lock key. I never use this second Home key at all. So I'd like to be able to launch a script or hotstring with this second Home key (and the other duplicated, never used, keys: Insert, PageUp, Delete, End PageDown, and the set of four duplicated arrow keys as well. In other words, there are ten keys on my keyboard that just sit there (eleven if you include Scroll Lock).
I understand the difference between these two key names. But this code somehow won't compile to create hotstrings:
Code: Select all
:*{Up}::
send, main keyboard up
return
:*{NumpadUp}::
send, numeric keypad up
return
Thank you.
