Reposition a moving Picture to a defined position

Hello and good evening,

i am in need of a script that does following things:

- imagesearch a picture on the screen
- if found: show a "live" copy (500ms update rate) of that picture at a specific position on the screen
- if not found: do nothing
- Key to start/stop the script

The script should always loop and detect if the image appeared/disappeared/moved to a different position because the image is constantly moving if it's present.
The reason for the live copy is a timer under the picture which i want to see in a specific position on the screen without having to search the image+timer on the screen.

I hope somebody can write me something like that.
