Hello ,
I'm trying to create a simple script that sends {Enter}
when I'm running the script from ahk it works fine (e.g. sends enter to the active window , chrome search with text would invoke the search)
but when I'm compiling the script and call it from the task bar as an exe the previous window does not get the keystroke and performs the search/ action accordingly .
the above worked find on windows 7 and wouldn't work on windows 10 .
anyhelp is much appreciated.
Thank you ,
Nadi.

Re: Compiled script stealing focus
this helps a disable relative of mine to send a key stroke using an eyemouse, since he is unable to use the physical keyboard and pointing large icons is much easier with the eye mouse I mapped common keys as large Icons for him on the taskbar.
