Programming a keyboard Key to toggle the left mouse button being held down

Currently playing Warframe and have found a sweet spot on an Infested Tileset. Rather than sitting there for 30 minutes holding the mouse button down, it would be amazing if there was a toggle code for simulating it being held down that i could simply turn on and off (or have one button as on and one as off)

Hope this is the right place to get some help with this and to understand the code behind it.

I haven't tested this, but the command Click, down looks like it should do the trick.
