ö or ø in auto-replace

Hi,

I want to do this:

Code: Select all

::bj.::Bjørn
Return

or this:

Code: Select all

::bj.::Björn
Return

But in both cases I get "Bj�rn" as result.

Is there a way to use one of those characters (ö or ø ) in auto-replace?
