Remap Fn+Tab to Ctrl+E

I have what I expect will be a trivially simple question for you AHK scripters. I occasionally use a Mac keyboard on a Windows machine. The Mac keyboard doesn't have an Insert key, which is something I use frequently in a particular Windows program.

I have discovered that I can use Fn+Tab on the mac keyboard to perform the Insert command on my Mac keyboard. I would like to remap Fn+Tab to Ctrl+E. Please advise, thanks
