Swap / Interchange of Two Windows, Two screens

Atm I'm using LWin + LShift + Left/Right to toggle, but it is quite clunky, as requires WinActivate, command, x 2. So I wait for four operations altogether.

Is there a smoother way to code this? There are three screens, and two programs on the right two screens which need to switch screens when called.
