Adjust Wheel Increment for Specific Program??

I'm trying to write a small script that will allow me to change the number of lines the mouse wheel scrolls based on a specific browser being open.

For example, I have Windows 10 set to scroll 8 lines at a time. This is perfect for most uses. I would like to lower the number of lines scrolled when I have a specific app open.

I think I understand the basic - if WinExist ("ahk_exe Notepad.exe), but I can't seem to find any reference to setting the scroll increment.

This is not for the speed of the mouse - only the size of each step of the scroll.
