Trouble starting scripts. Ver. 1.1.32.00

I recently download AutoHotKey using the most recent version. (As of Dec 24th 2019.) And i'm having trouble running scripts. The setup says "Installation complete". Even so when I paste a script into a notepad then save with the required .ahk after the name. In the steps for running a script, it says there is a "edit script" option upon right clicking the notepad file. I do not see this however, and it stays a notepad file. In files when I right click the script it's supposed to say "Run Script" after installation and making it a .ahk file. I also don't see this.

I'm sorry if this seems like a simple solution and it's just going over my head, i'm really bad with installing things, and even more terrible when it is something that I do not understand. This is also my first time with anything like this.

P.S) I believe the code is WinBatch. Because the word WinSet and other variables are in the script.)
