Changing regional settings from one country to another

Hi, I'm new here, and I was wondering if there was a way of changing the regional settings between two countries (Spain and Japan) with autohotkey. I first thought of doing it making the desired application to work as a trigger for the event, but then realized that a hotkey would do better. Any suggestions?
