AHK not working on any browser

I got a new computer and ahk works fine with Word, Excel and email so I know the scripts are working but they don't work on any web forms such as when buying online for example abc followed by tab or enter would create my email abc@yahoo,com . Upon restart occasionally it works once on a web form and then fails... is there a setting in IE to fix this?
