autohotkey sometimes run apps minimized

just as title says, autohotkey occasionally run apps minimized with hotkey command.

for instance, I have simple code to run app such as text editor and things

!a::run C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe, , max
return

most of the time it opens in the foreground as expected, but sometimes it doesnt. I added max command to be applied in case that's the cause.

why is this happening?


I run windows 10 64 bit latest version. and my cpu is i7 8565u and 16gb ram which is to my knowledge pretty good enough.

any help would be gladly appreciated.
