xbox one don't turn off auto

Hi ,
After 15 or 20 min the xbox one controller turn off automatic after inactivity .
I wonder if this could be resolved with a script or so .
Its just that it give alot of problems with the id order of my controllers in Hyperpsin . And if those controllers could always stay on that could resolve alot of problems.
