Change the volume of each speaker?

I need to set a difference volume value for each speaker. Like, have the left speaker at 10% and the right speaker at 15%. In other words, I need a script that changes the audio balance.

Is there any way to do it? SoundSet can only change the volume of both speakers at once as far as I'm aware.
