How to Intercept Windows 10 Notifications

Hi guys!

I want to make an ahk script which intercepts Windows 10 Notifications and based on the notification message, result an automation. How can I do this? I have found nothing on google till now...

I want to do something like this:

If (I get a windows notification telling me that the logitech mouse battery is low)
{
turn on power
message me: Charging on
}

How can I intercept windows notification and extract the Title and Message from it?
