Windows Volume Mixer and SoundSet

Controlling the master volume with ahk is easy but how do you control other channels in the volume mixer. In this pic how would you control the channel "SoundPlay Test" or even the "System Sounds" channel? What Windows component actually plays the sounds from an Autohotkey script?

Edit: I have to change my answer to now. In this other thread gregster showed me how to change the system volume but I can't get it to change any other volume.
