Help require on excel sheet

Dear Friends,

I am new to autohotkey. Please help me with below query:

below are steps i follow everyday:

1 - Open 24 excel files from email. Name of each file is unique
2 - Go to one of excel file of 24 files - Select all data, cut and paste in Book 1 (new excel sheet)
3 - Move to empty row (ctrl+down arrow)
4 - follow step 2

A rather advanced script for someone just starting out . Are you using Outlook by any chance, as this would simplify the downloading of the 24 files?.
