Establishing HTTP Request for AHK

We have a free AHK software for the blind that we need to register before use. So, it appears like I need to establish HTTP request which I don't know how to start something like that. Any help out ther?

Correct me if I'm wrong - you need to connect to a remote server using HTTP to register whatever application??
What's the name of the application (link)?
